YEs, it's a good point, but on AA's site in July 15.....
all I could get price wise when i chose "none" for number of stops" (and thus got the dreamliner to price) was a fare of over $US2,000, A BIT DIFFERENT THAN 600-700 RANGE. Also, it's not going to be easy to upgrade versus the 777ER. There are only 28 business class seats, and I bet anyone buying a ticket is going to go that route (DFW-PEK) rather than take the old 777 boat in business (where there are 32 or 37 seats at least.
So you might easily, even as an EXP with SWU's, the Y in the 3+3+3 for 7K miles. Not exactely what I call a fun miles run!
