I would extremely doubt it.
Last week I did a SDC from an early morning flight to an afternoon flight. Later that day, I called to try to change it to something else, and the first thing the agent said was . . .

In your case above, sure, there'll be a new ticket number, but it'll still show the point of origin from the previous leg that you just flew.
