Each screener has a responsibility and if re-locking a bag is part of that responsibility then there is no excuse that the bag was not relocked...
The TSA did not put our lock back into the locked position (the way we had it) after inspecting our suitcase.
So, how can a passenger get the TSA lock (our lock is part of our Samsonite suitcase) set back to the locked position?
