I see LX award availability (I) on a flight via ANA but it doesn't show on united.com and 2 different UA phone agents searched and both told me it's not available. Has anyone had an experience with ANA returning phantom LX award availability? I've always heard ANA is the most accurate for returning award availability. Or, is UA blocking some LX award availability? Perhaps LX is blocking wards to UA only?
