Spent 7 nights in the RBC here and had mixed feelings:
1. Service was very spotty. Staff during B'fast were excellent but very poor service pool side at the RBC. There's 2 helpers for the food and restaurant and guests had to help one another.
2. Hotel and rooms are dated. Can't believe that my rooms kept getting replaced with broken cordless phones !
3. They have no idea how to make a pizza. Inconsistent quality of food at different restaurants.
4. RBC lounge is fantastic ! Only complaint is they need to do a better job with keeping some of the food items chilled, I noticed a few going bad.
