You could better off taking the occasional cancellation fee and getting 'store credit' (which you'd stand a reasonable chance of using, given that you're an elite) rather than paying really high prices for refundable tickets.
Thank you. Was looking for direction and that sounds like a good first step. I will follow-up and advise what the outcome is. I am just hoping for some form of a credit.
