I'm a little confused and have read contradicting posts regarding the Business Class service and catering on the JFK - LAX transcons.
Are the meal courses (lunch/dinner) served separately? Starter followed by main etc? Or is it just a 'one tray service'?
And are there pillows and duvets on each seat (I read one post on this thread saying they now have to be requested).
