You need to think of this flight as akin to a domestic flight. Canada flights are considered like domestic flights. It's practically domestic anyways as you pre-clear and enter the US before boarding at YYZ.
Also flight will likely end up being just under 5 hrs, certainly not more than 5 normally. There is also wifi onboard if you wish to use.
