Morning all (well, evening for me...)
I'm flying SYD-SIN-LHR-ZAG in a couple of weeks and am wondering what the best time/point during the flights would be to ensure I'm functioning as best as possible when arriving at LHR / ZAG?
Flights are in F (CE to ZAG) so lie flat seats and whilst I don't generally drink - will likely imbibe a few glasses of champagne or JW Blue (which may aid in the sleep process!).
SYD to SIN is on BA16
SIN to LHR is on BA12
LHR to ZAG is on BA848.
