It's also looking quite full J7 W2 Y2 so might be worth a call. Is it showing 20AB in MMB? Have they tried looking at the seat map in MMB? Sometimes if there has been an aircraft change things seem to "stick" on the overview but have changed on the actual seat plan.
Checkmytrip is also unreliable in this respect
