Hello all- Ultimate Marriott noob here... If I make a cash booking for a basic room on the Marriott website using a promotional rate, how do I go about upgrading my room with points? (I am sure this has been covered over and over, so a link to the relevant thread or post would also be appreciated.)
Also, do such upgrades book into a suite or the next room category?
