The only offer to move my room was to the 1st floor directly above the bar. In order to salvage m weekend I booked into the indigo and left within an hour of checking n.

A fabulously poor hotel which doesn't represent good value even at 3k points per night. Of all the rooms they might have given me they seem to have picked the worst.

I don't expect golden elephants but I do expect a reasonable room conforming to the brand Norns not a shoe cupboard.
That is unfortunate. In the interest of being not too negative and sticking to the topic of breakfasts I didn't dwell too much on the lackluster recognition for SPG plats, it would seem that finding a decent room would be a basic requirement. The rooms really are varied, tho' none I have experienced felt quite this bad. Ah well, the Indigo looks nice, I may need to give it a try next time I am in town.
