And worse, there is still that rough blonde agent giving grief to passengers.

I was there last night after a terrible flight from YUL (AC115 delayed more than two hours due to mechanical problems) and needed to make a couple of calls since I missed my appointment. I usually use Priority Pass that PAYS PER VISIT to Air Canada. She gave me very hard time but finally let me in because "she did not know enough". The lounge was about 60% full, why deny AC the revenue they need?

If I am not mistaken, that agent made it to this site some time ago under similar circumstances. Absolute majority of lounge agnets are generally helpful and polite, not her. Why does not she apply to work as a guard at Sing Sing - if such palce still exists?
