What location? I get that at small/franchisees. If its a corp location, call the CHM desk and they can work with the station. If its a franchise location, you'll most likely be told "sorry, nothing we can do to control them", which is compete BS. If you want, you can complain to the BBB and see if you get anywhere. The benefit (per your online account) should say " upgrade to the best available car", which they obviously refuse to do.
