I decided to try out Chairman from Daily Getaways, and after reserving an intermediate car, was "upgraded" to an Impala. I was told that upper management @ airport manager level deemed that Chairmen could not receive any upgrades unless they paid a daily rate of at least $80/day. I have no desire to drive an X-class car; a CTS or Luxury car upgrade would be nice. But an Impala? You have got to be kidding me. That's not even an upgrade at National. This is frankly insulting.

Who can I complain to that has power to effect a change here?
