I certainly preferred the ambience of the empty satellite lounge to the crowded main lounge.
I can appreciate that. The one time I visited the satellite lounge it was much emptier than the main lounge, and the set-up with dividers can give a sense of privacy that you don't get in the big open space of the main terminal.
