On several occasions now people who we are working for in Europe have booked our flights on British Airways and have inadvertently booked HBO fares. It's crazy! The reason we advise them to book us on BA is because we need our Silver Card baggage allowances for our equipment. And then we get stuck with HBO fares and having to pay for extra hold bags.

So the question must be raised:- are Travel Agent sites, particularly in Europe, clearly indicating HBO fares? I think not!
