It's worth trying a few different cards. There are so many anti-fraud measures and cross-checks in place, these days, that a small misalignment of data will get you rejected. I occasionally get tripped up paying for a UK service with a UK credit card (recently had to use an alternative card when paying for an Adobe UK subscription).
