Website says delay, call center says no delay
Hi,
I have two Alitalia flights tomorrow. (BCN-FCO & FCO-JFK) TripIt just sent me an alert saying that my 1st flight will be delayed 90 minutes, so I won't make the connection. I double checked on the Alitalia website and another flight tracker program. I called Alitalia and they say that everything is still on schedule. I called back and got a different agent. She also said everything is still fine.
Anyone else ever have this issue? Do we just wait and see what happens at the airport in the AM? I did check and there does appear to be business class availability on other flights to JFK tomorrow.
