I'm seeing the same for a flight to DUB in July.
It might be a bug in the generic seatmap for the 319s with Pinnacle seating. Or as the exit rows (both real and imagined) seem to be blocked out it just might be deliberate. A way to avoid irked pax who select row 9 / 10 expecting an exit and then find an equipment change puts them elsewhere perhaps?
