That link is for 787s. The post you quote specifically mentions 777s though, which do not really have MCE. Only 777 retrofits (and 77W) have MCE. But, yes, those doing DFW-PEK flights will be on a 787 with MCE. The ORD-PEK on a 777 will not really have MCE.
