After doing some research (way more than should be necessary), I finally figured out how to sign up for Emerald Club Executive status just for having a World Elite MC. However, it looks like only new Emerald Club accounts will qualify, as I don't see any option on the page for existing members to log in. Here's the link:

After registering, the site said that my Executive status was good until February 2017.
