Do you guys have same problems with BRG department lately?
My case is I booked a booking with the flexible rate (as always) and submit it to brg department.
They changed it to a fully prepaid booking with higher amount dued on that date. This is frustrating. Absolutely wrong, never experienced this before.
I contacted them back to correct this, will wait and see.

The BRG claim was against a site requiring full prepayment and as such your reservation was charged for the full payment.
In this case, I don't really care since I won't be cancelling or making any changes, but if I wanted to, I would appeal to BRG team to fix this. The other odd thing is I'm surprised that the hotel looks at the competitive at all!
