The perfect advert for me would be a normal-weight passenger seated in an economy seat with a few inches to spare on either side and adequate leg-room.
As I mentioned previously, airlines need to start stating the seat width alongside the seat pitch. The former is psychologically more important as you're actually touching fellow passengers when the seat width is too narrow. Yes, leg-room is important too, but you're not rubbing legs with another passenger (unless the man next to you decides to do a man-spread).
I think the advert you're referring to is basically WT+.
