I have no idea what BA think they're doing, but from where I'm standing they're nowhere near being a low-cost carrier.

(That's in Q on the BA flight, if you find a date with availability in O it goes down to $60. For what? An individually wrapped crisp more than FR? The FR flight goes as low as $28)
