that's what i heard. apparently with the election heating up both parties are willing to pay people to fly back to vote. unfortunately i don't have more details. you could probably contact the KMT or DPP party reps in Los Angeles for info...

you'll obviously have to be taiwanese and be able to vote, of course, and you'll travel dates have to match the election date, which i believe is the 25th
