Agreed. I use the RBS (Natwest with a kilt) Black account travel insurance, which includes a clause that will cover the price of lost avios if you have to cancel an award which BA won't refund. With cover for the whole family, the mobile phone insurance, x2 PP cards, green flag etc. I find it to be frugal value at £24 a month!
