I locked myself out when trying to set my Topas lock in CDG waiting for a flight. Of course the suitcase was not even closed all the way and I was rather panicked (one lock was completely locked with one locked out and not fully clasped). I was rather panicked since I would be flying out within a couple hours but found a youtube video that explained how to open it.

Basically, when the dials get to the right number, you can feel a different sensation. I was able to figure out the lock within 20 minutes.
