I'm looking to book a car in France and return in Italy. When I go to reserve, the reservation lists a EUR 600 Drop Fee (paid at counter). However, elsewhere on the page, it says
If your return location is in a different country to your pick-up location and both are situated in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain or UK, an additional fee of
€100/ £60
will be charged on return of the vehicle. A smaller fee will be charged in these countries if the return location is in the same country as the pick-up location. This fee, payable on return, will vary depending on the return location.
Does this mean I'll need to pay both the 600 EUR drop fee + 100 EUR one-way fee?
