Loomis, what I mean is that I really don't care about the water it's just irritating when they go through the whole "you opted for points" spiel...I find it irritating when a much cheaper DoubleTree actually seems to appreciate my business...and, yes perchance I am spoiled but I've spent over a decade of my working life with Hilton properties and see the degradation of amenities and hedoman maybe I do feel I deserve better than sandpaper tissue and what I've found now - no Nuetrogena products and minuscule off brand soaps that are more akin to a Days Inn. I suppose I am an entitled traveller - it's the T&Cs that is leading me to blow through my 3 million plus points balance at aspirational properties and make the move for good to SPG.
