I did my first-ever stay at a HGI last year, as Gold; paid peanuts for the hotel, at check-in they made a big song and dance about how my Gold benefit was a bottle of water (or was it two?)

Had to suppress a giggle, didn't bother with the water. Room came with a sink. Sink came with a tap. :-: ^
