Actually those are the D fare rules, And I looked up these rules fro Scandinavia to HKT, BKK, SIN & Australia and they all say the ticket is non refundable...

The fare basis I a seeing on my screen is DJGSP2PE
BUSINESS RESTRICTED FARES D
Between AREA 2 and AREA 3 FOR ROUND TRIP FARES
RESERVATION BOOKING DESIGNATOR

Now I would love to be wrong so please if you see something different let us know
