But what bothered me the most was the cleanliness of the area around my seat. The bottom of the footrest had dirty shoemarks and the space between the seat and the cabin wall (I was in A) was full of crumbs, pieces of paper and a Twix wrapper.

I was going to take a photo but was too revolted to look at it again. I have a myriad of complaints stemming from different flights on this routing (BA/IAG seemed to be determined to punish me from booking an ex-EU J fare). Should I lump them all in to one message to BA or submit them individually?

Will BA even care about this or simply blame the contracted cleaning service at EZE?
I had a similar experience recently in a CW cabin - outbound as well as inbound. I did take photos, and I did send them to BA. Within 24 hours I had a phone call, and the issues were discussed thoroughly, and I was awarded 8,000 avios. Big deal, I wasn't after the avios, I was after a commitment to improve the quality of their premium offering. Will I get it? I am not holding my breath, we'll see. At least they returned my call.
