With the new relaxed travel restrictions to Cuba, it is my understanding that US airlines can now offer service to Cuba, subject to government approval although none yet do so. In the past, I believe the skymiles rule was that you could not earn DL MQMs on partner airlines where a US carrier was not authorized to provide service to that country. However, that appears to have changed. Does anyone know whether MQMs can now be accrued on partner flights to Cuba, say Aeromexico's MEX-HAV route?
