I've been impacted by this change and I got text messages and emails for each change. I was, for the first time ever, able to successfully accept the (non-change) change online.
Have you checked your comms preferences on BA.com to ensure you've given BA permission to contact you?
The booking had three previous changes, I received info on each of those changes. Searched through my Gmail and nothing about the last change that caused me problems, so comms settings are fine.
