I can’t answer generally, but I am on the same outbound flight as you (booked in Plus 3 weeks ago), and the load has for a long time been very high. One week ago 0 in C and 0 in B (Plus) and at least 9 in Y. Two days ago suddenly 2 in B. now 1.

I have made a request for pointsupgrade to C, but right now I got a mail stating “Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your request of Confirmed Upgrade for this flight”. No surprise.

You don’t say what class you are booked in, but in Y you will definitely not get bumped (outbound). C is another question. I don’t know how SK handles overbooking in C, if it is another flight or involuntary downgrade.
