Any recommendations on whom to try contacting at AA? I tried the online contact form and marked it as a complaint since none of the categories fit. The first response just told me to go to the website, which was not helpful. The second response forwarded my inquiry to the Reservations Department. The receipt still does not show up on the site nearly two weeks after the flight.
