BA have recently cancelled and rebooked my LCY-DUB flight in September. The only change is the flight number. I received no notification whatsoever. I only noticed when I saw a red banner in my EC landing page.
I have exactly the same experience with LCY-DUB. No email, text or call. (BA4468 becomes 4470 with no timing change at all)
