Site is working fine for me but it sounds like they have a phone issue.
I called the MVP line and instead of hold music it just rings and rings. I hung up and called back and it went to an agent. They had to transfer me to the partner desk and it just does the same ringing instead of hold music. I'm going to try later. For some reason for weeks the site has been giving me error messages when I try to drop JFK-LAX off my JFK-LAX-MEL-CNS award
