9/11 seems off to me. I've been #9 as a DM plenty of times but that has been on flights with 60-70 people on the upgrade list.

I'd recommend calling before you get to the airport if you think something is amiss. Nothing against GAs but in my experience they're usually really busy before a plane takes off and don't always provide the most detailed responses to questions like why am I not higher on the upgrade list.
