Car damaged, fender dented/damage, not horrible but not ignorable.... Car returned to agency. Avis damage form filled out. Claim started with personal insurance company. Avis has claim number from personal insurance company.
Filed claim with cc secondary insurance (citi).

T + >3 months

Have not received bill or estimate or anything from Avis. Personal insurance says they have not received anything. Citi wants repair bill/letter of demand/photos/copy of settlement from personal insurance company by T+180 days.

What should I do? My deductible from personal insurance company is $250.
So assuming personal insurance approves the claim etc, i'm on hook for $250 if Citi times out.

Should I contact Avis? Ignore and Wait? Halp!
