Yes, indeed. I was hoping it goes through, as it did for a family member of mine when she used the upgrade - but it didn't. So I did the re-claim with the original ticket number, which however produced an error message ("Booking class doesn't entitle for miles accrual"). Called Aegean, and they said it will be forwarded to the correct department and it should post within 2 days.
