But what bothered me the most was the cleanliness of the area around my seat. The bottom of the footrest had dirty shoemarks and the space between the seat and the cabin wall (I was in A) was full of crumbs, pieces of paper and a Twix wrapper.

I was going to take a photo but was too revolted to look at it again. I have a myriad of complaints stemming from different flights on this routing (BA/IAG seemed to be determined to punish me from booking an ex-EU J fare). Should I lump them all in to one message to BA or submit them individually?

Will BA even care about this or simply blame the contracted cleaning service at EZE?
In my experience these things are best dealt with at the time. If your area is not clean when you take your seat then get up again and alert the CSM so it can be sorted out. Did you do this, and what was the reaction?

If you feel like sending lots of messages to BA then good for you but I would suggest it's a total waste of time. You will get a standard reply from some call centre type and probably feel more irritated than before.

Shame they didn't welcome you back but that is hardly the end of the world.
