Id rather them watch a guy remember they were probably watching to see if he came into contact with anyone, exchanged anything etc. It is STRANGE to fly if its not an MR, & how is TSA to know that.
Im not much for Big Brother but after 911 we cant be sure enough until each and every flight takes off and lands w/o a problem. IMHO

Getting in a plane is strange to about 5 billion other people too. So by that majority-is-never-strange token, all people who travel should be "monitored" for being "strange".
If putting a minder on everbody that does not fit a "majority" profile is going to be our method to tackle a potential risk, we are going to be going for broke.
