I was recently looking on various websites for a hotelroom in a major EU-city. One of the websites offered pretty nice rates, albeit non-refundable. For a very small extra fee (less than 2 Euro, or maybe Dollars) one could opt for a "Gold" package - which made the room 70% refundable.

Now I can't remember what website that was. Anyone recognize it?
