I later checked with their online chat option who asked me to scan across all the boarding passes and original ticket.. Then asked me to email to [email protected] and [email protected].. Couple of weeks later, I see those miles in my AI ffp account and they even confirmed the same on email alongwith attaching the updated ffp statement..
