Indeed, also how many routes have been downgauged with smaller aircraft? And how many flights have been dropped? It is easier to fill a smaller theater, it doesn't indicate the show is well received.
Add to that without UA in the sky there are not enough seats on DL AA AS etc to meet demand. People HAVE to fly UA, even if they don't like it.
