I have currently 8 retroclaim miles, all on AV, booked on U class (should get 500 miles). AV were credited without problem before the changes, last year. I've sent dozens of mails to Aegenean haven't had a single reply.
Another issue, I'm a Gold member and they've sent the wrong card months ago, and I'm still waiting for the right one.
I'm a bit mad at the programme, would love to get in touch with A3 but they don't reply to any mails.
