I am flying RNO-SEA on Alaska and connecting to SEA-ICN on Delta. The connection time is 1 hour, 15 minutes. That seems a bit tight but hopefully doable.

I guess if it misses there is a flight on KE a couple hours later.
One ticket or Two Tickets?
If one: Who is the ticketing airline? It is technically the responsibility of the carrier that caused the mis-connect to rebook you to your final destination. AS may not be as willing to do that with a Delta ticket. And Delta may not be willing to put you on KE due to an AS delay.
Two tickets and you're at the mercy of someone at DL making a pretty big exception to help you out.
