I'm not sure where you got the idea it's excluded, but Delta is definitely included in ITA searches.

It's true that many (most?) of the so-called budget or low cost carriers (LCCs), such as Ryanair, are not included in ITA searches, but you should be finding most of the major/legacy carriers in your results.
